“Just as you excel in everything else… in faith, in speech, in knowledge, in complete earnestness… see that you also excel in the grace of giving.” 2 Corinthians 8:7
We believe that giving financially is an act of worship. Through our willingness to give tithes and offerings, we honor God. Giving is a tremendous blessing and joy that inspires our spiritual growth and walk with God. It is God’s way of growing our faith in Him and supporting His purposes on earth – both inside and outside of the church. We encourage all who give to Christ Community to practice good stewardship. We do not encourage giving in a manner that increases your consumer debt. Rather, we encourage you to give cheerfully, understanding that it all belongs to God, and it all is meant to honor Him.
